PUBLIC HEARING The Public is hereby notified, pursuant to the provisions of 15.1 431 of the Code of Virginia that on the 10th day of April, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. (E.S.T.) in the Courtroom of the Rappahannock County Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will meet to consider a variance and special use permit filed by Louise Sagalyn and Peter Labovitz for certain improvements on all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia known and designated as Lot 134B on a plat of survey recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 129 at Page 643. The improvements to be considered consist of an addition to a small existing frame building including bathroom and sink, and copies of the plans for the proposed improvements may be obtained at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. The public is invited to appear and state its views.

A public hearing for the purpose of adopting such changes will be held at the Holiday InnWest, 3200 W. Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., April 13, 1979.
CHAPTER 16. Raccoon. Regulation R16-8, prescribing bag limit for hunting raccoon in Bedford and Rappahannock counties, is hereby rescinded.
