Box 3054 Alexandria, Virginia Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE SAID COURT:
The object of the above styled suit is to acquire by condemnation for highway purposes the fee simple title to that certain strip or parcel of land located in Hampton Magisterial District, Rap pahannock County, Virginia, from the foregoing named Defendants. The said land is described in detail in the Petition filed by the Department of Highways and Transportation in the above entitled cause. The further object of this suit is to apply for the appointment of commissioners by the Court on the 14th day of May, 1979, to ascertain what will be a just compensation for the land tak.en and damages, it any, which may accrue to the residue beyond the enhan cement in value, if any, to such residue by reason of the taking.
It appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that there are persons whose names are not known or persons born or yet to be born who have or may have an interest and right in the subject matter of the cause, it is, therefore:
ORDERED that publication be had against the above named individuals unknown parties, who are made parties defendant to the above styled cause under the general description of parties unknown, and who are required to appear on the 14th day of May, 1979 and to do what is necessary to protect their interests. It is further:
ORDERED that a copy of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, Washington, Virginia, a newspaper in general cir culation in Rappahannock County, and a copy be posted at the front door of the Rap pahannock County Court House within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication.
