ine Kappanannock County Garden Club annually presents the Francis J. and Margaret W. Leonard Memorial Scholarship Grant to a senior student, who after graduation from Rappahannock County High School, continues his or her education.
The club announces that the amount of the scholarship this year will be $1,000; $600 to be given the student the first year and $400 the following year, if the student continues in school.
