Man Charged
A warrant was issued on Tuesday, November 20, against Ernest Lee Douglas charging him with the felonious shooting of Peter Marx of Washington.
The incident occured on Sunday, November 18, at approximately 2:30 p.m. Marx was admitted to Culpeper Hospital for treatment of a shoulder wound. The shooting is under investigation by the Rappahannock Sheriff’s Department.
