Vincent
Mrs. Jessie Agnes Vincent, 75, of Stephens City died Saturday, November 17, 1979 in Winchester Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Omps Funeral Home Chapel, Winchester conducted by the Rev. Gerald Manning. Burial was in the Salem Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Vincent was born November 1, 1903 in Rappahannock County, daughter of the late David F. Lula Scott Baker. She was a member of the Salem Church of the Brethren and was retired from Winchester Memorial Hospital where she had worked as a nurses aide.
Surviving with her husband, Giles William Vincent, are a son, Maurice S. Vincent of Winchester; four daughters, Nevalire Strosnider, Juanita Strosnider and Betty Smoot, all of Stephens City and June DeHaven of White Post; 12 grandchildren; 21 greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Mary Hellems of Baltimore, Md. and Mrs. John Doherty of Arlington and a brother, William Baker of Middletown. Two brothers and a daughter predeceased her.
