The Rappahannock County Education Association announced on Monday that sixth grader Nancy Proctor and Lavonne Adkins from Rappahannock County High School are winners of the RECA's essay contest on “My Idea of a Perfect School."
Winner of the primarygrades' art competition for a drawing of the perfect school is second grader Scott Blevins.
Den ice Eidson and Becky Sue Tattrie received honorable mention for their essays and Jonah Waggener and Donna Foster won honorable mentions for ther “perfect school" art work.
Winners were awarded $5 prizes by the education association.
