The Rappahannock Athletic Association announces registration for its Junior Babe Ruth League program. Registration will be held at the Rappahannock High School front entrance on Friday April 3 from 4:30 to 6:30, and on Saturday. April 4. from 10:00 a.m. until noon.
A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the consent for their child's participation. Also required for registration is the player's birth certificate or other official document proving date of birth.
A $7.00 per player registration fee is payable at this time. This fee is subject to refund if the player is not placed on one of the two team rosters.
Eligible for Junior Babe Ruth baseball are those who are now or will be 13 before August 1 of this year, those 14. and those who are now 15 and will not be 16 before August 1 of this year.
Rappahannock will participate in the Skyline Jr. Babe Ruth League with teams from Madisson and Greene. Tentatively, league play will begin May 16 and
