Artists have only a tew remaining weeks in which to submit their entry cards for the Neighborhood Art Show. Mrs. Calvin Burton and Mrs. Charles G. Turner Jr. are cochairmen of the thirty-fourth annual show which will be held at Grace Episcopal Church in The Plains on May 8th. 9th and 10th. Any artist within a 75-mile radius of The Plains is eligible to enter his or her work to be exhibited in the art show which is the only fund-raising activity of the Women of the Church.
Children’s art is par-, ticularly solicited and special categories are set aside for their work. This year the art show will be open to children and their families free of charge on Friday afternoon.
Entry cards must be returned by April 3rd. All interested persons should send for a prospectus immediately.
