Winchester in the House, would move over to represent Rappahannock if re-elected in House elections this fall.

Miller is currently embroiled in a dispute with Sen. Thomas J. Michie (DCharlottesville) over the configuration of their districts in Culpeper, Greene, Madison and Rockingham counties, but all versions of the Senate plan thus far leave Rappahannock in Miller’s district and in the 7th Congressional District of Rep. Kenneth Robinson (RWinchester) as well.
