NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will hold a public hearing as to an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County at its regular meeting on 15 April, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, which amendment provides that Article 2-1-2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance be amended to add “automotive garages, no more than five (5) used vehicles being for sale at any time," as a use permitted by special exception in an Agricultural District (A-1).
The aforesaid amendment is available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by or interested in the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views.
