Amend Regulation R6-1 to read as follows:
(This amendment will become effective for the 1982 hunting season.)
Except as- otherwise provided by local legislation and with the specific exceptions provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt deer from the Saturday immediately following the second Monday in November through January 5, both dates inclusive.

The bag limit for deer shall be one a day, two a license year, either sex during the last twelve hunting days only, in the counties of Caroline (except Fort A. P. Hill nonimpact areas), Essex, Fauquier (except Chester F. Phelps and G., Richard Thompson Wildlife Management Areas), Greensville, Isle of Wight, King and Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, LoOdoun, Middlesex, Northumberland, Rappahannock, Richmond and Westmoreland; in the city of Suffolk (west of Dismal Swamp line); and on Fort A. P. Hill (impact area) and Quantico Marine Reservation.
