CHAPTER 4. Beaver. Add a new regulation to be numbered R4-01 to read as follows: There shall be a continuous closed season for the hunting or shooting of beaver.
Amend Regulation R4-2 to read as follows: It shall be unlawful to set a trap larger than a standard No. 1 and '/i leghold trap or five-inch body gripping trap within twenty-five feet of an active beaver lodge or beaver dam.
CHAPTER 6. Deer. Amend Regulation R6-3. (a) and (d) to read as follows: (a) It shall be lawful to hunt deer with bow and arrow from the second Saturday in October through the Saturday prior to the first Monday in November, both dates inclusive, except where there is a closed general hunting season on deer. (d) It shall be unlawful to use dogs when hunting with bow and arrow from the second Saturday in October through the Saturday prior to the first Monday in November, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 9. Grouse. Amend Regulation R9-1 to read as follows: It shall be lawful to hunt grouse from the first Monday in November through January 31, both dates inclusive.
Amend Regulation R9-3 to read as follows: The bag limit for hunting grouse shall be three a day and fifteen a license year.
