Rappahannock Nnn Photo/S Latham MISS RAPPAHANNOCK—Carolyn Butler was named Miss Rappahannock during the beauty pageant held Friday under the sponsorship of the Sperryville Rescue Squad. She received her tiara from retiring title-holder Lisa Settle and a gift of $100 from the rescue organization presented by Tom VonFange, emcee for the evening. Judges for the pageant were Mrs. Patricia Smith of Culpeper. Mrs. Jo Frantz of Rappahannock and Joe Sherman of Madison.
