Glass, C.L.S, dated February 25. 1974, and of record in the said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 110, at Page 235, and being the same land conveyed to the said Charles E Sutphin and Ann L. Sutphin. husband and wife, by Raymond Sutphin, widower, by deed dated March 5,1974, and of record in the said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 110, at Page 233

That certain tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Hampton Magisterial District of said County, now containing 0.78 of an acre, more or less, and being the identical real estate conveyed to Ann Lee Sutphin, by Edward Sutphin, et ux . by deed dated February 26, 1963, and of record in the said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 78, at Page 621, LESS a conveyance of 0.16 of an acre conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by deed dated March 3, 1965, and of record in the said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 83, at Page 500.
