Add a new regulation to be numbered R13.1-01 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt pheasant in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Monday immediately preceding Thanksgiving Day through January 31, both dates inclusive.

Amend Regulations R14-1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt quail in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Monday immediately preceding Thanksgiving Day through February 15, both dates inclusive.

Amend Regulation R15-1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt rabbit in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Monday immediately preceding Thanksgiving Day through January 31, both dates inclusive.

CHAPTER 16. Raccoon.
Add a new regulation to be numbered R16-3 to read as follows:
In addition to the season provided in R16 2, it shall be lawful to chase raccoon with dogs, without capturing or taking, in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from March 1 through March 31, both dates inclusive.
