Bible School
Vacation Bible School opens June IS at 9 a.m. at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. Pastor William Lancaster invites young people from the entire community to take part.
"It’ doesn’t matter whether you are a member of our church, or not,” he said. ‘‘Boys and girls, aged 3 through 18 are welcome.”
According to Vacation Bible School director Linda Butler, the sessions will be held each morning, 9 a.m. till noon, Monday through Friday, June 15 to 19, with group programs, individual instruction, crafts, and refreshments for each age group.
Commencement is scheduled during regular morning worship services at 11 a.m., Sunday, June 21.
Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church is located on Route 522, about a mile south of Woodville.
