Wool Pool, Jane 16 - Sheep producers marketing their wool through the CulpeperRappahannock Wool Pool are asked to deliver their wool to the Culpeper Farmers Cooperative next Tuesday, June 16, between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Prices paid to producers for clear tied wool delivered will be 85 cents lb.
Please see that wool is dry and packed in wool bags with over 80 lbs. of wool per bag and separated into classes, such as clear tied, burry, black and tags.
Wool packed in plastic feed bags or bags tied with baler twine will not be accepted by the buyers.
