The big annual Farm Show is coming up July 25-29 for exhibitors from Culpeper, Madison, and Rappahannock counties.

The Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises supports the Farm Show and provides the use of the facility located four miles south of Culpeper on Route 29.

Categories open to 4-H, FFA, and FHA members only include Beef, Swine, Dairy Cattle, Sheep, Dairy Goats, Light Horse and Pony, Dog Care, Rabbits, Poultry, Cats, 4-H Garden, and 4-H Home Economics which includes: Food Preservation, Food Preparation, Clothing and Sewing, House Furnishing, Child Care, Flowers, Arts and Crafts, and Hobbies.

Category open to any youth age 919 include Open Garden and Farm Crops. The Open Pet Show is for youth under 12 years of age and they can exhibit dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils and mice, hamsters, turtles, kittens, puppies, and birds. Parents and grandparents of exhibitors in this department may also show off their favorite pet.

The Open Class category is managed by the Culpeper Extension Homemakers Council and is open to anyone except 4-H, FFA, and FHA members. There is no age limit and ex(Continued
