ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land of which James P. Williams died seized and possessed are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of “UNKNOWN PARTIES" as the unknown heirs of James P, Williams; and
It is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that James P. Williams, if he be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successsors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of which James P. Williams died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before August 5,1985, and do what is necessary to protect their inIt
is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of the cause.
