The Board of Supervisors, during ' an uneventful regular meeting July 1, approved school Superintendent Robert Estabrook’s request for authority to spend funds for textbooks and Chapter one programs. Estabrook was quick to assure the supervisors that he was not asking for “new monies.” He simply wanted to withdraw money from accounts already in the budget.
