Regular classes

Friday, January 24, which had been scheduled as a teacher workday, will now be a regular day of classes for students at both the Rappahannock County Elementary and High School.

The Rappahannock County School Board invites both teachers and the general public to offer recommendations for items to be considered in the 1986-87 school budget. Recommendations will be received at the February 11 meeting of the School Board which will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Elementary School. The budget calendar is as follows:

Tuesday, March 4 — Superintendent’s Budget Presentation

Tuesday, March 11 —Public Response to Budget Presentation

Tuesday, March 18 — School Board Budget Adoption

Tuesday, March 25 — School Board Budget Adoption (if needed.)
