ties, perhaps because they are Fauquier and Culpeper counties, have no problems? Or that these counties are blessed with only level-headed and responsible citizens? Or that any county has problems as compared to what in any other county? That’s a “toughie” to analyze! It’s probably as difficult to analyze as the dogpound dogs would have trying to figure “What happened?” in the event of a power failure in sub-zero weather. Or snows, or other kinds of inclement weather which would render the roads impassable for several days. Perhaps 24 hour in-house supervision of the animals and their care and well-being has been taken into consideration. Pet shops are prepared, nearly always, to consider options if these events occur.
