The Lukes noted in their submission that they had gone ahead with the sign before the ARB had been created.
Mrs. Miller called the sign “lovely” and “beautiful”.
ARB members approved the sign with the condition that it not be illuminated; the submission made by the attorneys did not indicate any plans for illumination of the sign.
Mark Bailey and Molly McCoy presented plans for a home to be built in Washington which was approved after the couple presented members with a roof sample and paint chips.
At the January 16 meeting members stated that they are still in the process of establishing formal guidelines for reviewing applications.
