PTA forum
on education
The Rappahannock County Elementary School PTA is sponsoring a forum for candidates for the county’s Board of Supervisors at the elementary school on Tuesday, Oct. 6, beginning about 8 p.m.
A short PTA business meeting will begin at 7:30.
Doug Baumgardner has agreed to serve as moderator and will lead the forum, allowing each candidate to respond to a set of questions developed by PTA and school district representatives before the forum. The questions will cover school-related matters, those of strictly local concern as well as problems which affect not only Rappahannock but districts throughout the state and nation as -well.
