Fairfax Symphony
Orchestra opens
season Oct. 17.

The Fairfax Symphony Orchestra will open its 31st season Oct. 17 at Fairfax High School.
Maestro William Hudson, in his 16th year as musical director, will head the 8 p.m. performance.
Pianist Nelita True, the featured soloist, will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 22. She is chairman of the piano department at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, N.Y.
Orchestral works by two Russian composers also will be featured.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $12.50 for students and senior citizens.
