writers’ seminar
Kenneth Giles, a freshman at Rappahannock County High School this fall, attended the sixth annual Young Writers Workshop at the University of Virginia this summer. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Giles of Washington.
Selected front a strong pool of applicants from,across the country, the 86 participants in this beginners session represented a cross-section of America. They chose workshops according to their individual interests from a range of offerings including poetry, fiction, scriptwriting and songwriting.
