Our Home Health Care service offers patients the opportunity to recover from illness or injury in the comfort and privacy of home with family and loved ones nearby. It may shorten a hospital stay, or even eliminate the need for hospital care.
Once a physician refers a patient to our program, registered nurses, home health aides, and other health specialists deliver health care - right in the patient’s home. And as a hospital-based program, Home Health Care is able to draw on the full resources ofWarren Memorial Hospital, including extensive laboratory facilities.
Home Health Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and includes: Skilled nursing, such as IV therapy, wound dressing, and catheter care, administered by registered nurses. Home health aides to provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing and assistance in maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
