Some people prefer to use a brown-sugar glaze. Here are two versions together with a HoneyMustard Glaze. Brown Sugar Glaze I Whole cloves 1 cup brown sugar Place a whole clove in the intersections of the fat where scored. Rub brown sugar over ham. Place under broiler until sugar is carmelized.
