Virginia’s oldest crafts fair, the Waterford Homes Tour and! Crafts Exhibit, celebrates its 44th year Oct. 2-4 in the National His*' toric Landmark village of Waterford. Horton, a clinical psychologist who works extensively with artists \ and the creative process.
