He is survived by two children from a former marriage, Nettie Guy of Catlett and Glenn Edward Cooper Jr. of Culpeper, three brothers, Powhatan Cooper Jr. of Manassas, William Allen Cooper Sr. of Fredericksburg and Lawrence Franklin Cooper of Bealeton, three sisters, Frances Merendeni of Springfield, Mary Jane Furmap of Remington and Lois A. Clater of Manassas, a half-sister Patricia Ann Atkinson of Woodbridge, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
