The annual banquet of the Rappahannock Couaty Fire & Rescue Association was held this past Saturday night. Unfortunately, I was un/able to attend due to a prior engagement, so I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the Association for presenting me with the award of Outstanding Rescue Squad Person of Rappahannock County for 1987.
