I recently applied for a special use permit to construct a three-unit single family, attached dwelling project located in Blue Ridge Mountain Estates at Chester Gap. When the Planning Commission met, I learned that only single family dwellings could be built in the subdivision, so the next day I withdrew my application.
During the meeting, several people who own property in the subdivision spoke against*my application, which I saw no problem with. However, I now have some questions of my own for these individuals.
One of the people, Art Town, who is currently the secretary of the subdivision, had a concern that my permit did not meet the covenants and restrictions of the deed.
