We had an approach to ways of making music as opposed to a specific kind of music. -We’d search the song. We’d search for what it meant to us. We’d find a unique and very personal way to do it.
The Gay Street finale to a decade of musical marriage is not intended as a reprise. “We’re going to play the songs we’re doing now, not the songs we did 10 years ago,” Reisler said, and stopped, remembering that the concert is a goodbye to the past, and for a band, the past is music. “Who knows?” he added, grinning. “We’ll just have to wait and see.” * /
