Citing a proven track record of 15 years’ service to the county and a willingness to provide additional services beyond the bid specifications, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors has awarded a contract for trash hauling and operations at the county’s new landfill to Community Trash Removal, Inc. of Culpeper, owned by E.
