Shaw joins
WINC radio
Norma Jean Whorton Shaw of Flint Hill has joined the staff of WINC Radio, in Winchester. Ms. Shaw joins WINC as evening news anchor/general-assignment reporter. She is also Community Affairs Director for both stations.
Ms. Shaw is the wife of Matthew D. Shaw and the daughter of Mrs. Thurman F. Whorton of Flint Hill.
Ms. Shaw is a 1986 graduate of Eastern New Mexico University, with a major in Communication and a minor in French. She is a member of Alpha Epsilon Rho, a national Broadcasting fraternity, and a 1988 recipient of Outstanding Young Women of America.
