A memorial service was held on Sept. 7 at the Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal with the Rev Richard S. Keller officiating. A prTvate burial was held at Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Mary L. Fletcher
Mary Louise Fletcher, 57, of Philadelphia, Pa., formerly of Amissville died Aug. 29 in the Germantown Hospital in Philadelphia. '
Mrs. Fletcher was bom April 12, 1931 in Amissville, the daughter of the late Harrison and Lucretia Payton Hughes.
Surviving are her husband, Witliam Albert Fletcher,; two brothers; William Harrison Hughes, Peters’r burg and Robert Lee Hughes-, Huntly; two sisters, Jenny Josephine Jordan, Flint Hill and Ada Margaret Hughes, Philadelphia; two grandchildren; and one great-grand; child.
The funeral was held Sept. 3 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville with the Rev. Carter Alsberry officiating. Burial was in Amissville Cemetery. ;
Pallbearers were George Turner; Irvin Hamilton, Smith Roy, Melviij Jordan and Bernard Jett. ;
Arrangements were handled by the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral home in Front Royal.
