In most chapters of the report the committee working on that area was asked to rank how the school is doing on a scale that ranges from “much improvement needed” to “little or nd improvement needed” compared to “an optimum program” in that area.

The staff ranked RCES near the middle on most of these scales, but towards the “little improvement needed” end of the scale.
