The family of Mrs. Clyde W. Pullen wants to take this opportunity to express their deepest appreciation to Mr. Roger Roach, Paramedic and member of the Washington Volunteer Rescue Squad for his quick reaction and attendance to our mother on Tuesday, February 20,1990. Early in the morning of this day she was suffering severe chest pains and contacted family members who immediately contacted the Rescue Squad. Mr. Roach answered the call and arrived on the scene within minutes. Upon arrival he immediately diagnosed the problem and administered the survival medical treatment at the scene and during transportation to the Culpeper Memorial Hospital Emergency Room that saved our mother’s life or played a vital role in doing so. Rappahannock County and specifically the Washington Volunteer Rescue Squad has been blessed with the presence of Mr. Roach. Again, we want to publicly tnank Mr. Roach for being available and answering the call on Feb. 20, 1990. We will never forget what you did for this family. Please keep up the good work and may God bless you.
