TRUSTEE'S SALE

Under and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust from Thomas B. Wilson and Jan K. Wilson, dated January 23, 1989, recorded in Deed Book 172, Page 661, in the land records of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia. By virtue of a certain Deed of Substitution, recorded March 24,1992, appointing Douglas K. Baumgardner as Substitute Trustee, recorded among such land records in Deed Book 190 at page 782, and default having been made in payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and having been directed by the holder of the note thereby to do, the undersigned Trustee, will on

at 12:00 noon at the front door of the Court House of the County of Rapp ah an nock, Washington, Virginia 22747, offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder all that certain lot and parcel of real property mentioned in the aforesaid Deed of Trust, with it improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging, situate and being in the Countyof Rappahannock, Virginia, and more particulary described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with improvements thereof, situated at the intersection of Virainia* Route 637 and 647, in Rappahannock

County, \ Virginia, containing 44 5205 Acres, as described on that Plat of Survey made by James G. Butler, C.L.S., dated August 10, 1978, recorded in Deed Book 129 at pages 432 and 433, in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Rappahannock County, Virginia, to which reference is made for a more particular description of said property.
