HOME ECONOMICS electric skillet,. Homemade lemonade Ingredients: 3 lemons 2 pts. of water 1/4 cup of sugar Squeeze the lemon with your hands or a juicer works well over a bowl. Pour lemon juice equally into two glasses and add water and sugar. Throw in ice cubes. Guacamole Ingredients: 3 ripe avocadoes 1 Tblsp. lemon juice I green onion 1 tomato 1 clove of garlic or 1/2 tap. of garlic powder Chop the onion and tomato into tiny pieces and set aside. Dig the pits out of the avocadoes and set aside. Scoop the insides into a bowl and mash it all up with a fork. Add garlic powder or if you really like garlic add a crushed garlic and add to mashed avocadoes. Add the tomato, onion, lemon juice and salt. Mix thoroughly. Bring on the com chips and dig in. If you have any leftovers, put the pit you saved back into them and store covered in the refrigerator. The pit will keep the gucamole from turning brown.
