Strange Investors, Phillip Strange. Agent, “Toad Hill", Viewtown, VA 22746, desires to resubdivide one-hundred seventyfive (175)ac. (series of three (3) parcels) into a total of five (5) lots, one of which will be less than 25 acres, but which will conform, overall, to the density requirements of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
Tax Map 43, Parcel 3, property is zoned "A" Agricultural and is located in Jackson District Allowed under Section 2.16, 3.3-1 (J), and 3 4-1,2, & 3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
