Amis8ville Post Office will

move to a new location in the fall, in fact will almost return to its original home. As of October 1, the U.S. Postal Service will lease the building from Mrs. Margaret W. Leonard which now houses Lullwater Nursery and Gift Shop. The post office was originally in the larger portion of that building. The present post office location in Amissville will be taken for the dual laning of Route 211 through Amissville and the property does not contain land enough to move back. Mrs. Leonard plans to discontinue operating the Gift Shop as soon as possible and will move the Nursery and Garden Center to her farm on the Viewtown
