The Order required that the Owner upgrade the Rappahannock County High School sewage treatment plant in order to comply with the dissolved oxygen and chlorine effluent limitations of VPDES Permit No. VA0064181. The Order additionally provides interim relief from the aforementioned limitations during the period of upgrade. I On behalf of the Board, the Department of Environmental Quality will receive, for thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, written comments relating to the Order.
