A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 4 in Prospect Hill Cemetery at 1 p.m. with Dr. C. Thomas Rhyne with military honors.
Mr. Eastham was born Oct. 26, 1914, in Washington, D.C., son of the late Robert Francis and Mary Beale Browning Eastham. He was a member of the Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church and a retired engineer from the Department of Defense Corp. of Engineers. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII.
Surviving are his wife Elizabeth “Betty” Burklin Eastham; two sisters, Lucy Beale Eastham of Rockville, Md. and Frances Eastham Brown of Norfolk, Conn.
The family will receive friends at the Maddox Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday.
