Two of the best chefs in the world provided a sumptuous feast for 47 members of the press at the Inn at Little Washington last Thurs day.
Visiting French chef Bernard Loiseau and Chef Patrick O’Connell of The Inn spent months devising a menu to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Relais & Chateaux. A similar dinner was served to paying guests that evening. The theme of the menu was La Fete de Pomme de Terre (The Festival of the Potato).
Last Thursday, 36 such meals were prepared at Relais & Chateaux establishments in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
