Sixty-two students received diplomas from Rappahannock County High School Saturday morning in another very hot day.
School Board Chairman Beverly Massie told the graduates, “Life is choices.” She said they began making choices when they picked what toy to play with. Choices continued in their high school years when they were able to choose some of their classes and whether or not to participate in sports and clubs.
