Bernard Weaver
Bernard R. Weaver, 94, of Amissville, died on Tuesday, June 14 at the Culpeper Heath Care Center.
He was a native of Amissville and was the son of the late William Jacob and Alice Amiss Weaver.
He was a member for 30 years of the Amissville United Methodist Church and was a retired cabinetmaker.
He was predeceased by his wife, Nannie Hackley Weaver.
Mr. Weaver is survived by a brother, Carl Weaver of Amissville and his beloved niece, Betty Jane Hitt of AmissviUe and several other nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held on Thursday, June 16 at the Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Tom Everett officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
Geest-Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
