Cherry Wheat Muffins 1 cup sifted flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup dried cherries 1/4 cup honey legg 1 cup milk 1/4 cup oil Place flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add dried cherries and toss gently until coated with flour. In a separate bowl, beat honey, egg, milk and oil until blended. Pour into flour mixtures and stir just until blended, about 35 strokes. Place in greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
