Pursuant to a Decree sf the Circuit Court pf Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 9th day of June, 1994, in the partition suit styled Charles E. /eager, Betty A. Cross, Laverne A. Fenwick and Florence Stevens v. Margaret Yeager Prudum, et als, In Chancerty No.: 3504, the undersigned Special Commissioners hereby invite you to submit a bid for the houde \ and approximately 23.5028 acres that is the subject of this suit. The land in question is mote particularly described ip the Bill of Complaint heretofore filed in this cause and by deed dated December 21, 1874, and recorded in Deed Book 0, at page 40, amongst the Rappahannock County land records wherein SI- \ las Vaughan conveyed to Lewis Roebuck and Abraham Wigging ton, a certain tract or parcel of land containing twentyfour (24) acres.
