Theodore Roosevelt Bailey, Jr., 39, of Alexandria, pleaded guilty to grand larceny. He entered into a plea agreement with the Commonwealth and will serve six and onehalf years of the 15 year sentence. He will also undergo five years of supervised probation upon his release. Mr. Bailey pleaded guilty to stealing camera equipment belonging to James Kelly of Sperryville in May, 1993. He told the judge, “I apologize to this court and this county for the trouble I have caused them.”
